Al Henneman has been working with youth and outdoor activities for over 60 years, starting at age 16 at the YMCA. Al taught High School for twenty years, coached cross-country and track for many years, owned and ran a swim and tennis club for twenty-five years, and now owns, oversees and coordinates the camp rentals. Al is dedicated to providing outdoor recreation and fun for people of all ages, emphasizing healthy experiences away from the pull of computers and social media/technology. At Camps Running and Dancing Bear we unplug from technology and plug-in to nature.
